MarketFrame terms of service

The terms on which Adapt Progress Evolve Limited, trading as MarketFrame, provides the MarketFrame service. Last updated 1 October 2026.

Accounts, plans and billing

MarketFrame is being rebuilt: new accounts, subscriptions and trials are not currently offered, and leaving your email on the website only adds you to a waitlist. The previous Starter, Business, Premium and Enterprise plans and the trial offer were withdrawn on 28 September 2026. For accounts created before then: you register an account, keep its credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under it. Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, may be cancelled at any time with access continuing to the end of the paid period, and additional seats are charged per seat per month.

Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no violation of applicable law or regulation.
• No attempt to access other accounts, systems or networks without authorisation.
• No interference with the service or its infrastructure.
• No scraping, crawling or automated access without prior written consent.
• No reverse engineering, and no redistribution or resale of the service or the data obtained through it without written permission.

Content, AI output and liability

You retain rights in the content you upload; MarketFrame retains rights in the platform. AI-generated summaries, scores and reports are produced automatically and are provided for information, not as professional, investment or legal advice — verify anything you act on.

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
