Waitlist emails
If you leave your email address on marketframe.app, we record that address, the page you sent it from and when, so that we can tell you when the new MarketFrame opens. The legal basis is your consent, and we use the address for nothing else. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, or ask us to delete your address at any time by emailing privacy@marketframe.app. The address is held in Adapt Progress Evolve Limited's own lead records.
What we collect
- Information you provide: account details, organisation details, billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers), content you create, and support messages.
- Information collected automatically: usage data, device and browser information, IP address and approximate location, and cookies.
- Information from third parties: publicly available data about the companies you track, and payment status from Stripe.
How we use it and on what legal basis
Personal data is used to operate your account and deliver the service, to communicate about the account, to process payments, to improve the product, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations. The legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests, consent where you have opted in, and legal obligation.
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with service providers, with the team members in your own organisation, where the law requires it, or in the event of a business transfer.
Security, retention and your rights
- Encryption in transit and at rest, role-based least-privilege access, regular security assessment, audit logging, and data isolation between organisations.
- Account data is deleted within 30 days of account closure; billing records are kept for 7 years as UK tax law requires; support conversations are kept for 2 years.
- Under UK GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent, and may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
